How Extra Users Affect Your Subscription Billing
If you notice you're paying more than the base subscription price, it could be because you've added extra users to your account. Our subscription plans come with a set number of included users, but if you need more, additional charges may apply. Here's a breakdown of how many users are included in each plan and the extra charges for additional users:

If you’ve added more users to your plan than what's included, these additional users will incur extra charges based on the rates shown above.

- Basic Plan includes 1 user. If you add more than 1 user, you will be charged £55 for each additional user.
- Business Plan includes 2 users. If you add more than 2 users, you will be charged £150 for each additional user.
