Company Name

  • Enter the name of the company creating the policy.
  • Example: ABC Solutions Limited

Industry

  • Specify the industry to provide context for the policy.
  • Example: Information Technology Services

Existing Reporting Mechanism 

  • Details on the current reporting mechanisms in place.
  • Example: Monthly performance reports submitted to management

Employee Protection Policies 

  • Policies aimed at protecting employees’ rights and safety.
  • Example: Anti-discrimination measures and health and safety protocols

Report Handling Approach

  • Describe the approach for managing and processing reports.

Using the Whistleblower Policy Task

  2. Submit the Form: After reviewing, submit the form to save your entries, preparing them for processing by FlyTask.
