Overview of User Roles

FlyTask assigns three user roles with different access levels:

  • Admin: Complete access to all features, settings, and content.
  • Org Manager: Moderate administrative access, managing most areas without full control.
  • Member: Basic access for viewing and executing tasks, with limited creation and editing rights.


Access Rights by Section

This section breaks down the specific permissions and access rights for each user role (Admin, Org Manager, and Member) across various areas of FlyTask. It details what each role can do within the Dashboard, AI Task Library, AI Assistant Library, and other critical parts of the platform, ensuring you know exactly how to manage and assign user roles effectively.



Dashboard

Explanation: All roles can view, create, and edit AI tasks in the AI Task Library, giving even Members significant functionality in this area.



AI Assistant Library

Explanation: Admins and Org Managers can create new AI Assistants, but Members are limited to viewing the assistants.



AI Training Settings
