Typeform Response Analysis

The Typeform Response Analysis tool is designed to collect and analyse customer responses from Typeform using AI. This helps you gain valuable insights to improve your product based on feedback, automating the process to deliver actionable results via email.

1. How It Works

  • User Input: You provide the Typeform feedback URL, the date range, and preferred language for the analysis.
  • AI Processing: The AI processes the responses from the provided Typeform and analyses them to generate key insights.
  • Delivery: A detailed report of the Typeform response analysis is sent directly to your specified email.

 

 

2. Typeform Setup Inputs

Feedback URL

  • Log in to your Typeform dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Workspaces section and select the workspace where the relevant form is located.
  • Click on the desired form to open it.
  • In the browser's address bar, copy the URL starting with https://admin.typeform.com/form/

From Date

  • Enter the start date for the responses you want to analyse.

To Date

  • Enter the end date for the responses you want to analyse.

 

 

3. Email and AI Configuration Inputs

Email Address for Delivery

  • Provide the email address where the generated Typeform Response Analysis report will be sent.

Choose Preferred Language

  • Select your preferred language for the generated output, ensuring the results are in your desired language (default: en-GB).

 

 

4. Typeform Account Setup

To use this tool, you’ll need to connect your Typeform account:

  1. Go to Typeform's developer page.
  2. Obtain your API Key.
  3. Input the Authorization Name as Authorization and the Value as Bearer + YOUR TYPEFORM API KEY.

This will allow the tool to retrieve the questions and responses from your Typeform account.
