Introduction

Setting Up the Sentiment Analysis Task

Google Sheets and Language Settings

Google Sheets URL

  • Enter the URL of the Google Sheets document where analysed feedback will be saved.
  • Example: https://example.com

Feedback Language

  • Select the language of the feedback to ensure accurate sentiment analysis.
Email Address for Delivery
  • Provide your email address to receive alerts if any issues occur during task execution.

 

AI Task Credentials

To enable the task to save analysed feedback in your Google Sheets and access your email inbox, provide the following credentials:

Google Sheets Credentials

  • Input your Google Sheets credentials to allow direct feedback storage in the specified sheet.

Email Credentials

  • Connect the email inbox where Trustpilot reviews are received, allowing FlyTask to retrieve and analyse feedback.

 


 

Using the Sentiment Analysis Task

Once all required fields and credentials are entered and submitted, the task will be active. FlyTask will automatically retrieve emails from your specified inbox, analyse the sentiment of each review, and save the results to your Google Sheet.
