  1. User Input: You provide the project overview, scope, milestones, financials, and other key details.
  2. AI Processing: The AI processes these inputs to generate a detailed, professional proposal.
  3. Delivery: The generated proposal is sent to the provided email address.

 

 

2. Project Configuration Inputs

Project Overview

  • Provide a brief overview of the project (e.g., "This project aims to develop an AI-driven chatbot that enhances customer service by providing instant, 24/7 assistance").

Project Scope

  • Outline the scope of the project, including objectives, tasks, and deliverables (e.g., "The project includes developing the chatbot's core AI functionality and integrating it into the company's website").

Financials Description

  • Describe the financial details of the project, such as budget, costs, and funding sources (e.g., "The project budget is £100,000, covering development and deployment costs").

Recipient Name

  • Enter the recipient’s name for the proposal (e.g., Dr. Elizabeth Carter).

Call to Action (CTA)

  • Provide a call to action (e.g., "Get started today by signing up for a free trial!").

Milestones and Timelines
