1. How do I use the Meeting Agenda Creator?

  1. Enter Meeting Details: Provide details about the meeting attendees, purpose, goals, date, and time.
  2. AI Agenda Generation: Our AI will use the provided information to generate a meeting agenda.
  3. Receive Agenda via Email: The generated agenda will be formatted and sent to the email address you specify.



2. What information do I need to provide?

  • Meeting Attendees: List the names and roles of everyone attending the meeting to ensure the agenda is relevant to all participants.
  • Level of Creativity (AI Temperature): Choose the level of creativity for the AI's agenda generation. You can select from the following options:
    • 0.1 (Very Low)
    • 0.3 (Low)
    • 0.5 (Medium)
    • 0.7 (High)
    • 1.0 (Very High)
  • Meeting Purpose and Goals: Describe the reason for the meeting, desired outcomes, key discussion points, and any other business.
  • Date of Meeting: Specify the date when the meeting will take place.
  • Time of Meeting: Specify the start time of the meeting.
  • Language: Select the language in which you want the meeting agenda to be generated.
  • Recipient Email Address: Provide the email address to which the agenda should be sent.

 



3. How is the agenda generated?

Once you provide the necessary details, our AI uses this information to create a detailed meeting agenda. This agenda includes the meeting subject, time and date, duration, attendees, discussion points, any other business, and closing remarks with next steps.



4. Can I customise the AI's level of creativity?

Yes, you can set the AI's creativity level. A lower value will produce more structured and straightforward suggestions, while a higher value will generate highly creative and innovative ideas. The available options are 0.1 (Very Low), 0.3 (Low), 0.5 (Medium), 0.7 (High), and 1.0 (Very High).



5. How will I receive the generated agenda?

The generated agenda will be formatted in HTML and sent to the email address you specify in the form. The email will come from automation@flytask.com. You will receive a success message on the dashboard once the agenda has been sent.



6. Is my information stored securely?

Yes, all workflow executions and generated agendas are securely saved in the FlyTask database. Your data is handled with the utmost care to ensure privacy and security.
