The Legal Opinion Letter task in FlyTask helps users generate a formal letter that addresses specific legal questions or scenarios. By capturing client information, issue details, and relevant questions, this task produces a structured response tailored to the user’s needs.

 


 

Setting Up the Legal Opinion Letter Task

Legal Letter Configuration

Client Name 

  • Enter the name of the client for whom the legal opinion is being prepared.
  • Example: Global Solutions LTD

Issue Date

  • The date on which the document or opinion is issued.

Subject 

  • A brief topic or focus of the letter.
  • Example: Contract Agreement Overview

Lease Start Date

  • The start date of the lease agreement in question.

Lease End Date

  • The end date of the lease agreement.

Termination Notice Date

  • The date on which notice of termination is formally issued.

Reason for Termination

  • Explanation of why the agreement or lease is being terminated.
  • Example: Breach of contract terms

Lease Provision for Early Termination

  • Conditions for ending the lease before its scheduled end date.
  • Example: Requires 30 days' written notice and payment of an early termination fee

Questions

  • Specific questions or topics to be addressed in the opinion letter.
  • Example: What are the key terms of the agreement?

Email Address for Delivery

  • Email address where the completed opinion letter will be sent.

Level of Creativity (AI Temperature)

  • Controls AI’s creativity level for the document content.
    • 0.1 - Very Low
    • 0.3 - Low
    • 0.5 - Medium (Recommended)
    • 0.7 - High
    • 1.0 - Very High (Not Recommended)

Choose Preferred Language

  • Preferred language for the generated opinion letter.
  • Default: en-GB

 


 

Using the Legal Opinion Letter Task

After completing all required fields, follow these steps to finalise and execute the task:
