The completed report is delivered directly to the specified email.

    Introduction

    The International Trade Compliance task in FlyTask helps companies ensure compliance with international trade laws by generating a structured report based on provided details such as product, trade routes, and regulatory checks. This task supports responsible and lawful trade practices.

     


     

    Setting Up the International Trade Compliance Task

    Trade Compliance Configuration

    Company Name

    • Enter the legal name of the company involved.
    • Example: MNO Corporation

    Company Address

    • Full address, including street, city, postcode, and country.
    • Example: 123 Example Street, Example City, EX4 5YZ, United Kingdom

    Compliance Officer Name

    • Name of the compliance officer managing regulations.
    • Example: John Smith

    Compliance Officer Contact

    • Compliance officer's contract terms and responsibilities.
    • Example: Job title, duties, confidentiality

    Report Date

    • The date when the report is created or published.

    Business Activity 

    • Main operations or services offered by the company.
    • Example: Consultancy services, project management

    Destination Country

    • Country receiving the goods or services.
    • Example: Germany

    Importing Country

    • Nation from which goods are brought into the domestic market.
    • Example: France

    Export Items 

    • List of products being exported.
    • Example: Electronic devices, clothing

    Regulations to Check

    • Legal and compliance standards relevant to business activities.
    • Example: GDPR, Health & Safety

    Shipping Method

    • Mode of transportation for goods.
    • Example: Air freight, sea freight

    Shipping Date

    • Scheduled date for dispatching goods.

    Incoterms

    • International trade terms defining responsibilities.

    Using the International Trade Compliance Task

    After entering all required information, follow these steps to complete and execute the task:

    1. Review All Entries: Confirm each input, particularly in sections like sanctions checks, involved parties, and documentation, as these details ensure the report’s accuracy.

    2. Submit the Form: After verifying entries, submit the form to save your inputs, preparing them for processing by FlyTask.

    3. Execute the Task: Click “Execute” to generate the International Trade Compliance report. FlyTask’s AI will use your inputs to create a structured compliance report.

    4. Receive and Review the Report: The completed report will be sent to the specified email. Review it to ensure it aligns with compliance requirements before proceeding with trade operations.
