How to Use and Customise Prompts in the AI Assistant Library

The AI Assistant Library is a powerful tool within FlyTask that provides users with a collection of ready-made prompts designed to simplify and enhance their AI-driven tasks. This feature is particularly useful for users who want to interact with AI without needing to craft detailed prompts from scratch. By selecting from a variety of pre-built templates, users can easily tailor interactions with their AI systems.

Using the AI Prompt Library

  1. Access the AI Assistant Library:

    • Navigate to the AI Assistant Library from the FlyTask dashboard.
    • You will find prompts categorised by different industries and use cases, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Legal & Compliance, and more.

  2. Select a Prompt:

    • Browse through the available prompts or use the search bar to locate a specific prompt.
    • Each prompt is designed to serve a particular need, from content creation to social media management.

  3. Populating Variables:

    • You can choose to automatically populate the variables in your selected prompt by enabling the Populate Variables option.
    • The variables are drawn from your AI Training Settings, which include essential information about your company such as the name, location, mission statement, etc.
    • If the Populate Variables option is turned on, the system will automatically replace placeholders like , , etc., with the corresponding values set in the AI Training Settings.

  4. Copy and Use the Prompt:

    • Once your prompt is ready and customised with the necessary variables, click the Copy button to copy the entire prompt.
    • You can then paste this prompt into the AI Assistant to create an AI agent capable of interacting with users based on the instructions provided in the prompt.

How to Set Up AI Training Settings

  1. Go to AI Training Settings on your dashboard.
  2. Complete the required company information fields such as:
    • Company Name
    • Company Description
    • Industry
    • Location
    • Mission Statement
  3. This information will be used to auto-populate the placeholders in the AI prompts, making the process quicker and more efficient.

Creating AI Agents

Once you’ve customised and copied your prompt from the AI Prompt Library, you can set up an AI Assistant or AI Agent to interact with users. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the AI Assistant section.
  2. Create a new AI agent, and paste the prompt into the dialogue box provided.
  3. Adjust any settings or preferences, and the agent will be ready to interact based on the prompt.

Tips:

  • Ensure your AI Training Settings are filled out completely to ensure accurate prompt population.
  • Explore the wide range of prompt categories to find the ones that suit your specific needs.
  • Utilise the AI Assistant to turn your prompts into interactive, AI-driven conversations.
