How Do I Upgrade My FlyTask Account?
Upgrading your FlyTask account is a simple and straightforward process. This article will guide you through the steps to switch to a higher plan, such as the Basic Plan or Business Plan, directly from your FlyTask dashboard. By upgrading, you unlock more advanced features and capabilities for your team or business.

Where to Find the Upgrade Options
- Log in to your FlyTask dashboard.
- In the left-hand sidebar, navigate to the Billing section. This is where you can view and manage your current subscription.
How to Select and Confirm Your New Plan

On the Billing page, select Subscriptions to view the available plans.

From the list of available subscription options, you can choose a plan that best fits your needs. If you are currently on a lower-tier plan, select the plan you wish to upgrade to by clicking Select.

After selecting the plan, confirm the details. You will see the monthly cost and the Amount Due Today (in many cases, this might be £0 if you're already mid-cycle).

Click Continue to move to the final step, and then confirm your subscription update by selecting Subscribe and Pay.
Managing Your Payment Information

You can review or change your payment details after selecting your plan.

On the Confirm Your Updates screen, you’ll see the payment method that will be used for your new plan. If you need to update or change your payment method (e.g., credit card details), click Edit next to your payment information and follow the instructions.

After confirming everything, click Subscribe and Pay to finalise the upgrade.
