How Can I Submit a Feature Request?

At FlyTask, we value feedback from our users to continuously improve the platform. If you have ideas or suggestions for new features or enhancements, you can easily submit a feature request through our user feedback form. Where to Submit a Feature Request

To submit a feature request, navigate to the User Feedback section in the FlyTask dashboard. You’ll find a dedicated page where you can provide your input on potential improvements and vote on existing requests.


How to Fill Out the Feature Request Form

Once you're on the User Feedback page, you’ll see a form titled Submit a New Feature Request. This is where you can submit your ideas for new features or suggest enhancements to the platform.

Required Inputs

To submit a feature request, make sure you have the following details ready:

  1. Title – A brief title for your feature request. This should summarise your idea in a few words.
  2. Description – Provide a clear description of your feature request. You can include any specifics, the benefit to users, or examples of how it would improve your workflow.
  3. Category – Select the appropriate category that best fits your feature request. For example, if you’re requesting a new task automation, you can choose the category New Automation (AI Task Library). Selecting the right category helps the team understand the context and prioritise requests effectively.


Submitting Your Request

After filling in the required information (title, description, and category), simply click the Submit Feature Request button. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and considered by the FlyTask team. You’ll also have the opportunity to vote on existing feature requests on this page.
