Business Name

  • The name of the business undergoing the compliance assessment.

Industry Sector

  • Industry category relevant to the compliance report.
  • Example: Manufacturing and Distribution

Location Info

  • Physical address or geographical area associated with the business operations.
  • Example: 123 Business Park, London, SW1A 1AA

Process Description 

  • Outline of the processes involved in business operations.
  • Example: Step-by-step process for production and assembly

Raw Materials

  • Basic substances required for production.
  • Example: Steel, Plastic, and Rubber Components
