1. How It Works

  1. User Input: You provide the necessary agreement details, such as returning information and confidentiality clauses.
  2. AI Processing: The AI generates the confidentiality agreement based on the provided inputs.
  3. Delivery: The completed confidentiality agreement is sent to the provided email address.

 

 

2. Agreement Configuration Inputs

Agreement Description

  • Please enter the description of the agreement (e.g., This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of software development).

Returning Information

  • Enter the returning information clause (e.g., Upon termination, both parties agree to return any confidential information).

Non Disclosure Clause

  • Provide the non-disclosure clause (e.g., Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information).

Modification of Agreement

  • Enter the modification clause (e.g., Any modifications must be made in writing).

Governing Law

  • Enter the governing law for the agreement (e.g., This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales).

Duration of Confidentiality

  • Provide the duration for which the confidentiality obligations will remain in effect (e.g., The confidentiality obligations will remain in effect for 5 years after termination).

Specific Confidential Information (Optional)

  • Optionally, provide examples of specific confidential information, if available (e.g., Confidential information includes proprietary software code, business strategies).

 

 

3. Email and AI Configuration Inputs

Email Address for Delivery

  • Provide the email address where the generated confidentiality agreement will be sent.

Level of Creativity (AI Temperature)

  • Adjust the AI creativity level. Higher values yield more creative outputs, while lower values generate more predictable content.

Choose Preferred Language

  • Select the preferred language for the generated agreement (default: en-GB).
