Once all details are provided, the system uses AI to generate professional and comprehensive minutes that can be easily distributed via email to all relevant parties.

  • User Input: You provide the meeting details, including the date, time, location, participants, and key discussion points.
  • AI Processing: FlyTask’s AI formats the minutes based on the provided information.
  • Delivery: The generated minutes are sent to the specified email address in a clear and professional format.

  • Enter the date when the meeting took place.

Time of Meeting

  • Provide the time when the meeting started.

Location of Meeting

  • Indicate where the meeting was held (e.g., ABC Conference Room, 123 Business Street, London, UK).

Meeting Title
